The registration fee pays for meeting rooms, audio-visual equipment, BAPS program, registration costs, etc. that support the workshops as well as the days of scientific sessions. There is no separate charge for the reception evening.
If you have paid the registration fee already, there is no need to do it again if you still plan to attend. People who had already booked rooms should have gotten an email from CCC inquiring about their status.

The early registration deadline is October 6, 2023. After that, the late registration fee will be enforced until the meeting begins, when on-site registration fees apply.

Accommodation
The meeting will take place at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, 69-425 Waikoloa Beach Drive, Waikoloa, HI. The Waikoloa Village is on the ``Big Island'' of Hawaii. All functions will be held at the hotel.
