To facilitate authors in expediting a correctly formatted JACoW manuscript in Microsoft Word, the SRF'21 Proceedings has also provided the following shortened template which exemplifies use of the JACoW style. It is expected that authors using this abridged version as a basis for their own paper will have already familiarized themselves with the contents of the full JACoW template which serves as a full manual and can be found on the JACoW.org website in the section titled Authors.
Paper submission is will open in July 2020. The deadline for receipt of final proceeding contributions is
Wednesday, 30 September 2020 at midnight EST (UTC-5)
All contributions must be electronically uploaded according to the Submission of electronic files. Authors are reminded that any paper accepted for presentation will be excluded from the proceedings if not presented by one of the authors at the conference. If not properly presented, the Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to refuse papers for publication.
