Proceedings will be published online-only in the European Physics Journal Web of Conferences (https://epjwoc.epj.org). Presenters should prepare proceedings using the 2-column templates available from the EPJ instructions for authors website.
Page limits are as follows:
- Invited / plenary talks: 8 pages
- Contributed talks: 4 pages
- Posters: 3 pages
Completed papers should be uploaded to the Call for Papers section on the conference website. To access the paper submission link, please log into indico and select either the 'Call for Papers' or 'My Contributions' link from the navigation bar on the left-hand side. Let us know if the 'My Contributions' page does not provide a link to upload your paper, as we may need to ensure that your indico account is associated with the submission.
When uploading your paper, please include all of the following:
- Original document (Microsoft word document or LaTeX source files)
- PDF version of the document (optional if the original is a Word document, required for LaTeX files)
- Signed copyright transfer statement (available from the templates page). The copyright page can be provided later if necessary but will be required before publication.
After selecting the contribution you will see the following file upload dialog. Note that you can drag multiple files in and upload them all at once. Please wait to press the 'Save' button until all files are uploaded, otherwise indico will lock the contribution and require additional action before other documents can be uploaded.
We are requesting that all proceedings be submitted by the extended deadline of October 15, 2022 (previous deadline was August 15, 2022).
