Description
EXFOR (EXchange FORmat) and NSR (Nuclear Science References) databases contain experimental nuclear reaction and comprehensive bibliography information since the beginning of nuclear science developed within the framework of the NRDC (Nuclear Reaction Data Centers) network and under the auspices of the USNDP (US Nuclear Data Program). The both databases include compilations of original materials from books, journals, conference proceedings, lab reports, theses, and private communications.
The present “EXFOR-NSR PDF” database incorporates electronic copies of these materials in Portable Document Format (PDF). The PDF files are stored in a relational database and fully integrated with the relevant compiled data. Full content of the database is available for authorized users via the IAEA-NDS, https://www-nds.iaea.org and NNDC, BNL https://www.nndc.bnl.gov Web interfaces; some categories of PDF files are opened for public access due to permission from publisher. Currently, the PDF database contains ~220,000 documents published from 1896 to 2021 and covers ~80% of the EXFOR and NSR contents.
The database is useful for nuclear data evaluators, compilers and for other groups of nuclear data users.
