The speaker should upload a PDF version of their slides to the DNP Drive no later than 2 days before the talk. There will be a separate folder on the drive for each session.

Use the required naming convention to label your PDF presentation file: LastName_FirstName_sessionID#.pdf; Example Lesher_Shelly_JA#

Files should not exceed 10MB in size.

Only one upload is permitted. These files will be used in case of technical difficulties.
- Uploaded to the assigned session folder on the DNP Drive.

Speakers can test their presentations ahead of time in one of the three "Speaker Ready Rooms”. Each ready room will have hosts available to assist speakers.
They will also serve as a help desk for audience members who are having problems finding a session or having other issues. Speaker Ready Rooms See the Speaker Ready Rooms schedule
- Zoom Screen Share Recommendations - To share you presentation, first click the Share Screen button located in your meeting controls. Then select the application containing your presentation. It is recommended to only have your presentation open if possible. This will allow you to use the full screen for the presentation. If you need to view something other than your presentation.
