Call for Abstracts
Abstract submission is now closed.
All prospective presenters are asked to submit an abstract before the deadline. Abstract submission is via SPMS.
Please review the important dates for deadlines. Abstracts submitted before the early abstract deadline may be considered for presentation in a contributed oral session. A maximum of 10 contributed orals will be selected by the program committee. Prospective contributed oral speakers will be notified in early April 2023. Abstracts submitted after the early deadline will be considered for poster presentations only.
A maximum of 3 abstracts may be submitted by one primary author.
Poster Presentations
The space available per poster is 1.2 meters by 1.2 meter (48 inches by 48 inches). Please make sure that your poster fits within this space. Printing your poster with a paper size of "A0" or "North American Architectural E" should work in either landscape or portrait orientation. Please make sure to install your poster before the start of the poster session and remove it at the end of the session. Presenters are expected to attend their posters for a substantial portion of the poster session; if posters are not attended, the corresponding paper may be excluded from publication in the proceedings.
Oral Presentations
Please submit your slides via SPMS in advance of the conference. Please visit the speaker information page for additional information and guidelines.
Paper Preparation
Papers should be prepared according to JACoW requirements. The JACoW author information site includes templates, tools for generating references, paper preparation guidelines, and tools for checking papers prior to submission.
Papers for invited and contributed oral presentations may be up to 7 pages. Papers for poster presentations may be up to 5 pages. If contributions contain numerous references, these may be carried over to an extra page.
Paper Submission
Papers should be submitted via SPMS. Please follow the paper submission steps.
Proceedings
The conference proceedings will be published on JACoW. An oral or poster presentation must be made at the conference in order for the paper to be eligible for publication in the proceedings.
