Any accompanying guests of the participants are welcome to join us for the following events:
- Tuesday evening welcome reception
- Lunch each day of the workshop (Wednesday through Friday)
- Thursday evening conference dinner (and transportation to the event)
If you are an accompanying guest of a participant, you will need to register on our website (https://indico.frib.msu.edu/event/59/registrations/ ) and pay registration here: https://commerce.cashnet.com/cashnetg/static/storefront/msu_3740/catalog/IBIC. These early registration fees are applicable through March 30, 2023. The registration fees will cover the events mentioned above and are as follows:
- Adult (age 13+): $150
- Child (age 3-13): $75
- Child (0-2): no fee, do not need to register
Accompanying person registration will increase by $50 after March 30:
- Adult (age 13+): $200
- Child (age 3-13): $125
- Child (0-2): no fee, do not need to register
