Oral presentations at Junior Workshop and Main Meeting
- The invited talks will be 25 + 5 minutes, i.e. 25 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for the discussion.
- The contributed talks will be 12 + 5 minutes, i.e. 12 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for the discussion.
- Please make sure to upload your presentation file (pdf, ppt, or keynote format) on the website before the morning of the day of your talk.
- You can upload the file as an attachment to your contribution in the timetable.
- Click on your time slot, then on details on the top right of the popup to go to your contribution page.
- Scroll down to the presentation material and click on the edit button.
- You will need to be logged in with the same Indico account that you used for submitting the abstract to see the button.
- A popup will open for uploading your file.

Poster presentations
- The posters presentations will take place at the dedicated 2 hour long session at the Graduate Hotel on Wednesday, 24 May at 17:00 - 19:00.
- If you are presenting a poster, please ensure that the posters are no larger than 32 x 40 inches.
- We recommend the portrait orientation.
- The poster presentation area will be open at 16:30 for the presenters to mount their posters at the spot allotted to their name and abstract ID.
- The floor map can be found below. Please be aware that 6 poster spots are in the hallway leading to the banquet room.
- The mounting equipment will be provided by the organizers.
