The registration for COMEX8 is now open!
The conference fee is USD 500 (early registration).
It does not contain lodging. See information under "travel, accommodation, and visa information" for negotiated rates with hotels close to the conference center. The registration covers coffee breaks, a reception, and the conference dinner. The registration doesn't cover lunches.
The fee will increase on November 17, 2025, to USD 650 (late registration).

Registration fees are not refundable. The Organizing Committee may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances. Please address requests in writing for cancellations/refunds to comex8@physics.fsu.edu. For all other registration questions, please contact register@capd.fsu.edu
When paying by credit card, you will be assessed a non-refundable service fee to cover the cost of the transaction. The amount will be displayed on the payment website. A receipt will be sent to you after payment is made online.
