The NACB Workshop will be held using the Zoom video conference software. Zoom is free to sign-up.
The zoom details for the workshop will be sent to all registered participants 1-2 business days prior to the workshop start. The plenary sessions will be held as a webinar, with no password required, but access will only be permitted for paid registrants. If an attendee's profile name does not match that of a registered participant, they will be unable to access the meeting.
Zoom Profile Requirements
Attendees must have the same name listed on their zoom profile as they used to register for the conference.
To change your display name:
- Click ‘Participants’ on the tool bar
- Hover over your name on the participants list
- Click ‘Rename’
Zoom profile pictures (if included in profile) should be business appropriate
During the conference/workshop, all attendees should remain muted with their cameras off unless presenting or called on to ask a question
- Anyone that is speaking can turn on their camera if desired (speakers or attendees asking questions)
