- General ECR and EBIS charge state breeder developments
- Recent work on charge breeding of stable and radioactive isotopes
- Beam-time preparations (procedures, checklists, etc.)
- Documentation protocols during beam times
- Tracking maintenance items over time
- Control systems and interfaces
- Efforts to integrate physics to control applications
- Alarm handling systems
- General beam tuning applications (e.g., automatic beam tuning)
- Beam instabilities during operation
- Detector system and development (low current and particle ID)
