Membership is determined by position, including: representation from the FRIB Theory Alliance, ARUNA, ATLAS, NSCL, FRIB, ORNL, LBNL, LLNL, and the Center for Nuclear Astrophysics across Messengers (CeNAM); the chairs of Executive Committees for the FRIB Users Organization and the ATLAS Users Organization; local meeting organizers and the previous year meeting's local organizer.
