DESCRIPTION:The First Workshop on New Generations of Detector and Data Ac
 quisition Systems for Nuclear Physics (NEXTGENDD) will be held at the Fa
 cility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) at Michigan State University (MSU)
 \, East Lansing\, Michigan\, United States from September 29-October 3\
 , 2025.\n\nWe hope that NEXTGENDD can be an effective stage for experts t
 o to discuss the status and the future directions of R&D for Nuclear Phys
 ics for detectors and data acquisition systems.\n\nIdeally\, the workshop 
 will be an environment to further strengthen the existing collaborations b
 etween FRIB and international laboratories and possibly create new ones. 
 \n\n\n\n\n\nThe Workshop will be held in person from September 29 to O
 ctober 3\, 2025 at FRIB. We will accept contributed talks and poster cont
 ributions in addition to a number of invited talks.\n\nThe primary topics
