Flights and Transportation:
The main airport in Cyprus is located in Larnaca, approximately a 45-min drive from the conference venue. There is a second, smaller, airport in Pafos (similar distance from the hotel) with some limited flight options.
Taxis are available at the airport upon arrival (not organized by the workshop). The cost should be roughly 70 euros.
A four-seat taxi can be reserved through the hotel at the cost of €70.00 from 08:00 to 18:00 and €75.00 from 19:00 to 07:00 per Taxi, each way. The reservation of the taxi will need to be reconfirmed 1 day before the arrival of the participant.
Bus Transfer between the Lanarca airport and the hotel:
Two bus options are available between the airport and hotel:

- The first station in Limassol is at the St Raphael Hotel. There, there are no taxis available. The guests need to call the Hotel at 00357 25 321000 to order a taxi for the arrival time at st Raphael. It costs apx 12-16 euro one way.
- The second station is at Agios Georgios tis Havouzas. There are usually taxis available the cost will be approximately 16 to 18 euro each way. It may be better to call once you know what time you will arrive at Havouza and call for a taxi. During the day call Mr. Stelios at 00357 96 320250 and at night call Mr Nicos at 00357 99 624243.
