Oral Sessions are to be recorded and submitted to email@example.com with the subject "<Speaker Name>_Oral Session Recording"
You may have to compress your recording file to send successfully via email.
It is not necessary to upload your recordings to the SPMS, as they will not be included in the proceedings.

We suggest using Zoom to record your talk. Instructions to locally record a zoom talk can be found here on the Zoom website.
