How to participate and apply for financial support
To be considered for financial support, you must:
- Register as student using the early student registration, mention in the comment box that you are applying for financial support
- Send an email to SRF21@frib.msu.edu with the following attachments
- Certificate of degree
- Curriculum Vitae
- Recommendation letter from your supervisor or group leader
- Abstract including title and a main classification
Please note that all applications and recommendations must be received by 16 April 2021. Successful applicants will be notified by 07 May 2021.
Your application will not be complete without all of the documents listed above as well as the registration submission. Applicants will not be required to pay the registration fee until after the notification date of 07 May 2021. If awarded a student grant, the registration fee will be waived. Applicants will receive a confirmation when all documents have been received.
Responsibilities of student grant recipients
Students receiving grants must present their work during the conference virtual poster session and submit their contributions for the proceedings by 21 June 2021.
Successful applicants will be notified by: 07 May 2021 and are required to respond with a formal confirmation by: 21 May 2021.
