The young investigator prizes, decided by the International Program Committee and honored during the closing ceremony on Friday of the conference, will be awarded for the best student poster presented during the student poster session and for the best orals of the conference. Decisive for the nomination for best orals presentations is that the graduation to PhD is no longer than 3 years ago. The IPC selects the winners on the basis of the following criteria:
- Relevance and impact of the scientific work
- Novelty and quality of the scientific work
- Quality of the poster and oral presentation
- Interaction and professionalism towards the IPC
