As a reminder for all participants, the JINA-CEE community is comprised of many different sub-fields. For presenters, please keep this in mind as you prepare your contributions. We suggest that you avoid subject-specific jargon or acronyms as they may not be understandable to all attendees.
Invited talks: 20 min plus 10 min for discussion
Contributed talks: 12 min plus 3 min for discussion
For presentations, a computer will be provided and is preferred to save time transitioning from one talk to the next. However, the projection hardware will have standard audio-visual connectors for using your own laptop. We ask that you load your talk onto the available computer or check your laptop connection during the break prior to your session.
Posters will be oriented vertically and should be no larger than 48 inches in height and 36 inches in width. The poster session will be Wednesday afternoon, and the posters will remain up for the remainder of the conference.
There will not be proceedings. Links to the talks will be put on the website.
